IMPORTANT IMFORMATION:
Please read through the graphics in the listings photos as well.
-We mirror and re-size images for all customers unless otherwise specified. We do not distort the proportion of images.
-Sizes are determined based on the longest side of the image.
-If you need design help, feel free to message us prior to ordering. We do some custom design work, but do charge for our time, skills and resources.
-IF YOU ARE NEW TO SUBLIMATION, be sure to check out the links above and please go to madeperfectinlove.com/faq to read through our post with frequently asked questions.
-Sublimation transfers do not work on 100% cotton or dark colored substrates, please be sure you are using the correct medium/ temperature/ and equipment. We are not responsible for defects related to the sublimation process/equipment.
-Sublimation is made for lightly colored polyester or approved sublimation blanks and require a heat press for transfers.
-We only guarantee our transfer with 100% polyester, other mediums or methods may work, but should be researched and tested at your own risk.
-Please keep in mind that sublimation does not print white. Anywhere your design has the color white, it will show through to the color of the substrate you are pressing on.
-We can print any image that you have the rights to use.
-We do not have the rights to print trademarked images, we assume our customers have permission to use the images they send to us.
AFTER ORDERING:
- Please check your email frequently after purchase, communication helps us ensure we are providing the best product and experience possible.
- You can expect your transfers to ship in approximately 3-5 business days. If you need your transfers rushed, please reach out to get approval via email. We do have a listing for rush orders and options for Rush shipping as well.
